Speaker Biography: I have been a Neurocycle Certified Facilitator for 2 ½ years. I use Dr. Caroline Leaf’s scientifically proven and researched 5-step process to help people master the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and physical sensations, and aid in the process of changing the Neuroplasticity (ability of the mind to change the brain).
As a Neurocycle Certified Facilitator I help guide clients through the Neurocycle App and facilitate the following:
- Find the root of your toxic thought and habits
- Bring awareness and understanding to reconceptualize a thought or habit
- Behind the scenes education of the scientific concepts
- Rebuild healthy thought patterns and behaviors.
I have had the honor to be interviewed by Dr. Leaf for her podcast and Webinar: “Dealing With Trauma”, and “Metacog”- to explain what the Metacog is and how it facilitates the healing process, and provide examples of using the Metacog over the 63-day process.
