Learn tips and tricks on how to shop smart and make meals that are simple and delicious! UT nutrition students will provide recipe examples and walk through how to build a meal plan that is easy and nutritious.
Presenters will outline how to shop for foods that can be used in multiple meals, and can be prepped days in advance. Recipe ideas will be shared between the presenters and attendees for everyone to try at home! The recipes shared will encourage a balanced diet that includes all macronutrient recommendations for a healthy lifestyle.
And as this is Volunteer Week, the volunteers present will also be honored.
