While Jane can't guarantee that you'll never again fall, she hopes that these tips can help reduce avoidable falls. Topics covered will include why fall prevention is so important nowadays, why people fall and what we can do to maintain good balance and remain upright. While physical activity is advised, exercises will not be taught during this talk. Jane's goal is to provide enough information so you can take an active role in keeping falls far, far away.

Parking is available on the street and accessible parking is available in the parking garage under the building. There is an elevator just inside the parking garage entrance.
