This year Capital City Village is hosting a live-streaming watch party at Shalom Austin Dell JCC to get more folks in on the fun of Keep Aging Weird!
This year's keynote speaker is Rabbi Neil Blumofe who will speak about jazz, aging and supportive communities.
Rabbi Blumofe is well know, not just as the Rabbi leading Congregation Agudas Achim, but throughout Austin for his active engagement in cultural and civic life. He regularly convenes conversations and evenings of jazz — exploring identity, heritage, and meaning — connecting Judaism, spirituality, and African-American traditions.
This is a free event, with snacks, drinks and community to watch the speakers and live jazz music on live-stream together. You can also watch from wherever you are via live stream on our Facebook or YouTube pages.
To get in on the fun of the raffle draw, you'll need to enter ahead of time. Raffle prizes will be posted soon!
